We at A Better House, Inc.
are dedicated to bringing excellent service back to the hospitality
industry one establishment at a time.Our concept is to effectively
deliver a 2 hour + presentation to servers, bartenders, busboys,
food-runners, and all restaurant employees; for the purpose of
fine tuning server skills, increasing individual sales, and dramatically
improving overall service and efficiency. To assist restaurants
& clubs, where a quick improvement in overall service skills
of a staff is needed. To prepare any skill level staff how to
deliver VIP / Celebrity Service at special functions for celebrities,
everyday customers, and most importantly, how to interact successfully
in every situation, with all customers, at all times! Restaurants
use our service primarily as a tune-up for systems already in
place, and to give servers, bartenders, and front and back of
the house employees a different way to look at and handle the
wide variety of unpredictable "situations" that will
come their way during the course of any given shift.
