Option 1: Includes a pre-seminar meeting with owners and managers to explain the main points of the upcoming service seminar, and to check on house policies. The service seminar can be the same day, or scheduled for the near future. All attendees should have pens and questions ready for a 2-hour interactive meeting. This option requires 1-hour of set-up before staff arrives, and at least 2 hours guaranteed with staff. There are no additional charges if the seminar goes longer than 2 hours with the staff.
Option 2: Includes Option 1, but in addition, we stay 3 more hours with staff during the busiest time (client's choice of the three hours that are best), to reinforce the VIP / Celebrity Service techniques that were discussed and demonstrated in the seminar. Working with service personnel on the same day / night of the meeting, will insure a dramatic improvement in service and efficiency that your customers will notice right away! We guarantee positive results with both options.
 
 
 
A Better House, Inc. will actually spend 7-8 hours at your establishment, patiently working with management and staff. Note: *One (1) 1 hour follow-up visit is included with Option 2 at no charge!

Summary: Your establishment will receive materials designed to improve sales with both Options 1 & 2. There will be demonstrations of many "fine-dining tricks of the trade", and in a relatively short time, servers will receive the benefits of more than 41 years of restaurant, nightclub, and overall hospitality industry experience. The seminars are enlightening, informative, entertaining, fun, upbeat and extremely positive. Scheduled follow-up visits are available, and will insure that servers maintain high service standards, and continue to improve in efficiency and salesmanship. These seminars are highly recommended for new establishments! Tom House has become known as "The Traveling General Manager"!

Note: On location training seminars are available for gourmet tableside cooking services as well. Demonstrations include from decanting old wine, proper service for all wines, and even caviar service, to expert carving techniques for pheasant, duck, Chateaubriand, and de-boning Dover Sole and other whole fish. Also proper tableside service and preparation of Steak Diane, and Caesar Salad are available too. Training seminars for flamboyant preparation of classic flaming desserts, such as Peppered Strawberries, Crepes Suzette, Banana's Foster, and Flaming Strawberries are also available. Proper service demonstrations of Strawberries Romanoff, Café Diablo, fine cognacs, cigars, grappa, ports and proper accompanying cheeses and fruits, and many more classic concepts new and old, are available upon request.
